양재동에서 삼겹살을 먹는다면 삽겹사랑 2024.04.21 ::::: 아주 특별한 꽃 삼겹살 삼겹사랑 양재동에서 삼겹살 먹는 약속이 생겼다면 꼭 가는 곳이 있습니다. 바로 삼겹사랑인데요. 아주 특별한 꽃삼겹살이라는 이름을 가진 곳인데요. 이 곳은 가게 앞에 주차를 할 수 있지만 그리 많은 주차 공간이 없는데도 불구하고 꽤 많은 사람들이 찾는 곳입니다. 많은 분들에 소주하면 생각나는 소주 한잔 그리고 맥주를 더해서 소맥 먹기에 정말 좋은 곳인데요. 저녁시간이 되면 자리를 안내해주시는데 절대 불판을 만지면 안됩니다. 장사가 워낙 잘되고 빈자리가 보이지 않는 곳이기 때문에 저녁시간부터 불판에 열을 가하고 있기 때문에 앉자마자 불판에 열을 올리지 않고 고기를 먹을 수 있으니 불판은 절대 만지면 안됩니다. 사실 동네에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 삼겹살 맛집 같은 느낌이지만 반찬 하나 하나가 모두 맛있는데요. 양재동에서 삼겹살을 판매하는 곳은 많지만 이상하게 이 곳을 찾는 사람들은 정말 많습니다. 반찬도 반찬이지만 이 곳에서 판매하는 삼겹살이 정말 맛기 때문이 아닐까? 생각해봅니다. 삼겹살은 살짝 초벌되서 나옵니다. 양재동 삼겹살 맛집들은 이렇게 초벌이 살짝되서 나오는 경우가 좀 많은거 같은데요. 그 중에서도 가장 깔끔하고 주문하면 바로 바로 나오기 때문에 테이블 회전도 빨라서 밖에서 기다린다고 하더라도 금방 자리가 나오는 경우가 많습니다. 기본적으로 이렇게 사장님께서 삼겹살을 직접 구워주십니다. 삼겹살을 사진으로만 보더라도 이 곳이 왜 양재동 삼겹살 맛집인지를 알 수 있는 곳인데요. 겉은 바삭하고 속은 야들야들한 삼겹살의 맛이 인기가 좋습니다. 일단 불판이 정말 좋다고 생각합니다. 불을 켜고 온도가 올라오지 않는데 고기를 굽는 형태가 아닌 한참 열을 먹인 불판에 초벌한 고기로 2차로 굽기 때문에 육즙이 어느정도 살아 있기 때문입니다. 겉이 바삭 바삭한 고기는 꽤나 매력적이고 여기에 마늘까지 구워주신다면 최고의 맛을 보여주는 삼겹살을 만날 수가 있습니다. 이제 하나 하나 잘라서 옆면만 살짝 더 구워주시면 되는데요. 삼겹살 맛집인 이 곳 삼겹사랑은 한 번 찾아오면 또 다시 찾고 싶어지는 맛을 가지고 있는 곳이라서 정말 매력적인 곳이라 이야기하고 싶습니다. 고기도 잘랐으면 이제 한 잔해볼까요? 고기는 옆면만 익으면 먹어도 되는데요. 여기에 김치가지 구워주시는데 국물이 많은 김치 타입이 아님 아삭 아삭한 김치와 삼겹살의 조합이 정말 좋은데요. 소맥과 한 번 먹으면 최고의 맛을 보여주는 그런 맛을 보여주는 곳입니다. 삼겹살 한 점 그리고 김치 한점 여기에 쌈까지 싸서 먹으면 정말 맛이 좋은데요. 지글 거리는 불판을 보고 있으면 고기를 먹고 있는데 또 먹고 싶어지는 양재동 삼겹사랑이 아닌가 싶은데요. 괜히 사람들이 이 곳을 많이 찾는 것이 아니구나하는 그런 모습을 보여주는 곳입니다. 된장찌개에 이렇게 밥을 넣어서 된장술밥을 만드는건 단골만 아는 비밀 ~!!! 이렇게 꼭 먹어보시면 정말 좋은데요. 맛이 너무 좋아서 추천드리고 싶은 그런 맛을 가지고 있는 맛이니 추천드려봅니다. 먹고 부족하면 이렇게 고기 추가까지도 가능한 진정한 맛집이 아닌가 싶습니다. 양재동에서 삼겹사랑을 갔다가 2차를 가신다면 아래 링크를 맛집을 가보시는 것은 어떠실까요? 양재동 숨은 맛집 & 술집 한양 돈까스 삼겹살을 먹고 #양재동맛집 이 있다고 해서 찾아왔습니다. 이 곳은 양재동 숨은 맛집 중 하나인데요. #한양... blog.naver.com
